Today I was going to make the trek to a local art supply store and get a new set of oil pastels so I could work on some more projects, but with my legs aching and me all in all feeling like total crap, I really didnt feel like dragging my two year old daughter in there and fighting with her when I refuse to buy her coloured pencils...

So, Ill leave that to a day I feel up to a challenge, or for the weekend.

I also plan to do a few more self shoots this week on the days I feel more like WHOO and less like YUCK. Probably get one done tomorrow evening.

I know this weekend Ill definitely get something done! Ill have a ton of free time as my daughter will be with her dad, so after work on Saturday Ill be creating up a storm.

AND, I finally contacted the photographers. Ugh. I feel bad it took so long. But at least I got it done! Ideas have been discussed, and I might have a few shoots in November. I know for sure I have one... But theres two more I might possibly have! And maybe even one sooner than that if the local photographer gets back to me relatively soonish. Although, I shouldnt get upset if they dont, considering how long it took me to get back to them. Eeesh.

Oh! Got a new camera, too. No longer using my $80 piece of shit that I got in Calgary. Ive got a good one again. And selling the $80 one. Its not "terrible" if youre just interested in normal pictures. But when youre me, it sucks complete and total ass. But yes! New camera, new ways of plastering this place with my face.

And Im still working on those pictures for peoples tattoos. Apparently they loved the last picture, but they wouldnt get it tattooed. Grr. Whatever. I had a few other ideas anyway. Back to the sketch pad!
